This is actually my favorite. I think it is interesting how somethings show up better on thumbnails and other things make no impression. IMO, this one makes no impression, but it is a more lasting photograph, for me.
I went back to try to do this "better". This was around 1 PM, I couldn't do better. Very "cotton pickish", don't you think. Though it is strawberries, but shows the farming heritage around here.

Just the moss, the different take on both the moss and the wood stork.
Couldn't have been taken anywhere except the low country (moss). Plus most people want to get close to birds. I framed this one. Would have to be a big photo. I looked at the orig size, the bird is in focus.

One of my favorite birds of all time! LOL, really it is!
I mean with all of the beautiful birds around, this one thrives or "makes it", anyway.
how could a bird get so dirty. it is the stables downtown and all, for the carriage horses, but that dirty?
